You Break Through

I rarely give reviews but this was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. This wasn't your average "dental visit". I needed a lot of work. First and foremost Itzel the office manager and her entire front staff were simply amazing! In detail, explained everything going on throughout the entire process. Every procedure was meticulously explained to me and never felt "lost". Every Doc also explained to me what their process was and updated me on what was coming next. I needed an extreme deep cleaning and Lynette, my Hygienist, listened to my "worries" (mainly pain) and basically catered to make sure it went smoothly. I also needed 2 Root Canals and 2 Crowns and Dr Karin Lim may have been the best Dr/Dentist I've ever had. Consistently made sure I was okay and comfortable. Explained the process and next steps and in general just an extremely nice good person. I had put off a Dental Appointment for 2-3 years and was deeply frantic, uneasy, and anxious about this appointment. It's my fault I had to spend 9 hours in the hot seat over 2 days. However, Itzel and her entire staff made it easy, relaxing, educational, and literally painless. Thank you Itzel and the entire Laveen Modern Dentistry Team. This will absolutely be my Dental office for life!

I have to change dentist and I was pleasantly surprised. I always have issues with my insurance however pretty quickly they figured everything out and it was smooth as ice. The cleaning was exceptional and the x-ray machine was that fancy 3-D one. I was really pleased with the service and with the cleaning.
