I have been coming to this practice for years. Each time that come in for a cleaning, my experience gets better and better. I have recommended this office to my friends and family and they have also enjoyed their experiences here as well. Just this week I went in for my 6-month cleaning and was met by Daisy at the front desk, I had just changed my insurance so she made that experience quite pleasant so I was happy to be working with her on that. Plus she was quite funny so it made things a lot easier. Then when I went to go get my x-rays done I was greeted by Gissel, another funny team member as she was making sure that I was at ease when taking the x-rays and made sure to address any issues that I might have had. In addition to the normal X-rays, she took pictures and made sure the x-rays really focused on the area of my concern as well. She did this quite professionally and made it a fun and relaxing experience. Then when I went to my assigned room, Dr. Blessie came right into to do the exam and to address my concerns that I told Gissel. Dr. Blessie went above and beyond when listening to my concerns to focus on those areas and anything else that she may be concerned with. She also took the time to explain each issue and what we could do to fix them. I had chipped my front tooth and she said she could definitely be able to fix it today, she said since it was quite busy she would be able to get me in queue and hopefully be able to fix the tooth within the hour. On to my cleaning... Wow is all I have to say, Lynette has been my hygienist for at least a couple years now and has always been great. Teaching me techniques being very gentle when needing to clean hard to reach areas. This cleaning was absolutely painless. When she was done. I was surprised that there was zero pain involved. I had worked myself up to make sure to handle what was coming at me, but I was truly surprised with how well Lynette worked and how painless the process was. Right after the cleaning which only took maybe 15-20 minutes, Dr. Blessie came back in to fix my tooth. I thought to myself wow that was a fast hour. Lol, however, I realized the professionalism and the efficiency of this office that they were able to get everything done in such a quick amount of time. The quality of work, the professionalism, interaction with patients to keep them at ease, the efficiency, and many more reasons are why I will keep coming back as well as refer this office to many other people. Thank you Laveen Modern Dentistry for all that you have done for me, the laughs, the stress-free environment, and the beautiful healthy teeth. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you.
